At Keegan Adams we continually strive to deliver an excellent service to both the clients and candidates that we work with. Everyone in our business got together to identify our core values as these ultimately underpin that excellent service. Simply, these are the core values that we will not compromise and the core values by which we hold each other accountable. One of the benefits of building true ‘partnerships’ with our clients is that together we can share industry knowledge and learn from people who are in the thick of it, day in, day out.  We regularly host training sessions where we invite Clients into our office to educate us about their business / their products / their views on the market. It is through this constant networking and conversations with numerous contacts in the industry that we are able to keep abreast of developments and industry trends.  In addition, we have access to up to date and very ‘real’ salary information. Not just what employers are telling you they are paying as bonuses, but what the candidates are actually receiving. We have to understand enough about you to be able to ask the right questions which is why,  if we don’t know something – we ask. Our aim is to understand your business, your products and your needs.
