Business & Office Support

Go back just a few decades and the positions required to ‘support the business and the office’were fewer and less technology or people orientated. As businesses become more employee-centric and IT dependent the breadth of positions in these areas has expanded hugely.

At Keegan Adams we define these areas, more broadly, as being everything that is non-client facing and facilitate or support the business of commercial and professional services firms. In reality this is everything from the upper echelons of internal management through to a junior administrator in Human Resources and even on to a temporary receptionist covering for just one day a year for Melbourne Cup. More commonly these areas incorporate EA/PA’s, secretarial support, reception and front of house, management at all levels, administration (including IT support and industry specific technicians), through to data entry and data management support staff.
