Richard Adams - Director, Financial Services


Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Lancaster University in England.

Having worked initially at Kleinwort Benson Investment Management in London, Richard migrated to Sydney in 1991 and entered the Banking and Finance recruitment world. Having previously owned 2 successful recruitment firms in Sydney, and with 19 years of recruitment experience behind him, Richard specialises in Banking, Finance, Funds Management and Financial Markets recruitment.

Outside of work Richard splits his time between his wife, 3 children, Over 35’s football, The mighty ‘Wests Tigers’ and the mountains.

Sian Keegan - Director, Professional Services


Sian started her recruitment career in the U.K in 1998. Migrating to Sydney in 2005 Sian joined a boutique recruitment firm as a manager and consultant specialising in Professional support services.

Sian has recruited throughout the Sydney Metropolitan region across a number of industries. Throughout her career to date Sian has prided herself on the number of referrals she receives.

At Keegan Adams Sian specialises within business support recruitment on both a temporary and permanent basis for the Banking and Professional service sector.

Outside of work, Sian is a wife and mother of 2 young boys and in her very rare spare time she enjoys keeping fit, relaxing and participating in a glass or two of red wine.

Claire Tate - Director, Temporary Services


Claire has over 7 years recruitment experience within the business services and banking and finance industries.  Claire began her recruitment career within a graduate talent and HR role within a global accounting firm before moving into a commercial recruitment role with a highly successful national recruitment company in the UK.  Claire migrated to Sydney in 2008 and has since worked within a boutique recruitment firm leading the temporary division for them.

With a broad range of experience within both the temporary and permanent markets, Claire has been responsible for the management of large national accounts possessing up to 400 contractors at any one time, whilst also building and maintaining an award winning commercial temporaries desk.

At Keegan Adams Claire specialises within business support recruitment on a temporary and contract basis for the Banking and Professional service sector.

Outside of work Claire likes to spend time by the beach with her friends and enjoys yoga, eating out and a spot of retail therapy on a weekend.

 

Debbie Jenkins - Office Manager

 

Debbie hails from the UK, and after many years of working in Europe, she started her recruitment career in London as an internal recruiter for a specialist travel group in 1997. Since moving to Australia in 2003, she has forged a strong background in recruitment administration and office management and has extensive experience dealing with payroll and superannuation.

Outside of work Debbie spends her time with her two gorgeous little boys, wonderful husband and the fluffiest dog ever. She loves the beach, a good book, and spending quality time with family and friends!!

 

 

Alice Pipes - Recruitment Consultant - Professional Services

 

Alice holds a Bachelor of Arts and Science degree from the University of Sydney.

Alice began her career as an administration assistant in the banking and finance industry. After being exposed to recruitment through administration support for the Human Resources team, Alice made the move into the recruitment world and has been with Keegan Adams ever since.

At Keegan Adams, Alice specialises within business support recruitment on a permanent basis for the Banking and Professional services sector.

Outside of work Alice enjoys catching up with friends over a good meal and a glass of wine, spending time with family and going to the theatre.

 

Carmen Lau - Recruitment Consultant - Temporary Services


Carmen holds a Bachelor of Science from The University of Sydney.

Carmen’s first position out of university was working in a boutique financial planning firm where she gained excellent exposure to the financial services industry. She then made the move to recruitment by joining Keegan Adams, where her exceptional customer service and administration skills have rapidly enhanced the temporary services team.

At Keegan Adams, Carmen supports the business support team on a temporary and contract basis for the Banking and Professional service sector.

In her spare time, Carmen enjoys eating out in and around Sydney and seeing the latest films in the cinema.


Warren Price - Consultant - Financial Services

 

Starting his career in Stockbroking and then Banking Management, in 1980 Warren assumed ownership of Select Personnel Pty Limited, the first exclusive Financial Markets recruiter in Australia.

With 30 years experience servicing the Banking, Stockbroking and Fund Management industries he agreed to merge his company with the Keegan Adams Group in August 2011, with the certainty that clients and candidates would benefit from the extended service available.

Warren has a passion for family and rural Australia.
