The Job Description:
Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the business as you take charge of a diverse range of accounting duties. You will thrive in a role with variety and have the ability to work well autonomously and also in a team environment. Typical duties include:
  • Manage the Accounts Payable function including daily payments as well as monthly direct debit payments
  • Bank and Balance sheet reconciliation
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Employee reimbursements weekly
  • Process employee expenses
  • External contact with clients and partners 
  • Support the Finance Manager with ad hoc Finance tasks.

  • Proven experience from Accounts Payable
