Administration Assistant / Receptionist

Join an Australian Investment & Wealth Management firm as the face of the Sydney office. This is an opportunity to become a part of a close knit and supportive team, utilise your reception / front of house experience and gain new skills.
The initial 3 months of this role will be working within the broader office administration team where you will be trained across administration, facilities management and office all rounder duties. From January 2021, the successful candidate will transition onto the receptionist desk to cover a maternity leave.
This is a highly regarded business with stunning corporate offices. To be considered you must have
- Previous reception / front of house / concierge experience (Corporate experience preferred, however 5 star hospitality backgrounds also considered)
- Financial Service experience is highly desired but not essential
- Exceptional written & verbal communication abilities
- Degree qualified candidates are preferred
Hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5.30 pm
This position is an immediate start
. Considered candidates must be available to interview this week, and be able to start with maximum 1 week notice
