Business Analyst - Customer Experience

This opportunity will suit an enthusiastic individual who has a passion for projects to join the team as a Business Analyst
. Focusing on the customer experience,
you will be responsible for implementing systems and therefore will need to have a technical background and proven experience in a fast paced environment.
Duties of the role include:
- Responsible for the development, management and life-cycle of products, services, channel delivery and processes
- Working effectively in Agile teams, using your technical expertise and experience to contribute to all sprint events
- Have a strong vision as to how to attract and retain customers and focus on continuously improving the customer benefits
- Determine and formulate the business and product requirements for existing and new products and services
- Manage product risks and product requirements relating to the customer, supplier and regulators including all financial & non-financial risk
To be successful in this role you must have:
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to make decisions based on data
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels
- Previous experience working on specific projects which includes implementing systems
- Experience in a customer environment, where the customer needs are at the heart of the proposition development
- Strong technical skills
