based Retail Banking Team.
We are currently working on multiple opportunities
to join a collaborative & supportive team of Client Service Specialists. In this role you will be taking inbound call from existing retail banking customers.
- 6 month contract with opportunity for a permanent position
- Fulltime hours working on a rotating roster with 8 hour shifts. Mon-Fri 8am - 10pm, Sat-Sun 8am - 9pm
The successful candidate will have:
Previous financial services experience within a phone based role or general administration/operations is preferred.
- Previous client service experience from financial services
- Proven experience with banking systems would be advantageous
- Strong servicing and client service skills
- Ability to work in a high volume environment
- Attention to detail - proven experience of when attention to detail has been critical in a previous role
- Strong written and verbal communications
