If you are an enthusiastic, experienced contact centre professional with extensive superannuation knowledge who would like to be part of a collaborative and supportive team then you are perfect for this role.
You would be responsible for making outbound calls to the members of the superannuation fund to help them achieve better outcomes with their superannuation, you will provide support and guidance through the provision of general advice.
This is a key position within the business so your superannuation experience and your over all depth of knowledge/legislation will be paramount to your success. As such you should ideally have your RG146/DFP qualification and have previously worked with superannuation products within a banking or investment related contact centre.To be successful, you will need:

- 1+ years of experience gained from a superannuation contact centre environment
- RG146 qualification (ideally complete or working towards)
- Indepth industry and superannuation product knowledge
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate PC skills
- HSC or equivalent
