Our client is a multi-award winning Financial Services organisation. They are seeking an office all rounder, to support within a fast paced, diverse environment. You will wear many hats, especially Corporate Administration and Reception.
In this Administration & Reception role you will be the first point of contact for clients, making a first impression, resolving queries and liaising with relevant stakeholders to obtain or clarify information. You will also be highly involved in administration support with a variety of tasks, such as diary management for key stakeholders, documentation and correspondence and more! Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
- Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
- Take and relay messages
- Prepare correspondence and documents
- Provide general administration and clerical support
- Coordinate business meetings
- Diary management including booking of client meetings
This is initially a 9 month fixed term contract position (with likely extension or permanency) Monday - Friday |8.30am - 5.00pm Salary $66,000 - $70,000 package
Working from home until the office reopens 1st December
