We are seeking a
professionally presented corporate receptionist for an assignment to start as soon as possible. You will be the representing an internationally recognised brand working within their prestigious offices based at the Eastern Creek.
As the corporate receptionist, you will be responsible for concierge related tasks of signing in visitors and managing security passes. In addition you will be answering calls and directing callers to the appropriate person or department in the business. You will assisting the business with administration requests as directed, including
* Due to the location of the role you must have access to a car* Do you have a minimum of 1-2 years proven experience in the following? - Managing a front desk reception area
- Adhoc administrative tasks
- Directing telephone enquiries
- Ensuring reception area is neat and tidy at all times
- Responding to verbal and written requests for information
- Issuing, recovering and auditing internal company security passes
- Processing daily mail, both incoming and outgoing
This is a full time position with an immediate start, working 8.30am - 5.30pm
