Customer Service and Order Processing Consultant

  • Sydney CBD
  • Permanent
  • $65000 - $70000 PerAnnum
Due to continued growth this global, market leading manufacturing organisation requires an additional senior consultant to join their well established customer service and order processing team. The team is responsible for providing support to clients in the APAC region.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing inbound calls from clients (All B2B) in relation to current or new orders
  • Processing all orders into SAP
  • Advise clients on available stock levels, and estimated delivery time
  • Problem solve any issues in relation to deliveries, pricing or products
  • Manage open orders in SAP, and potentially follow up with clients via email
  • Record notes in customer files to establish a history of order details
  • Following up with the logistics team to monitor the status of client orders
  • Build rapport and build relationships with current and regular clients
  • Develop customer base as well as by building and strengthening relationships with customers
  • Offering promotions and deals opportunities
  • Proactively contacting customers for any issues identified
Skills/experience required:
  • Experience using SAP is highly desirable
  • Preferred experience in contact centre or at least passion for customer care or logistics
  • High attention to detail and accuracy with data entry
  • Understanding the impact of a highly satisfied customer
  • Naturally great at dealing with people, being cool and calm under pressure, following through on tasks and look for opportunities to step up to new challenges
  • Have superior organisational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Ability to work autonomously, and own and complete projects and tasks
  • Problem solver and able to use initiative
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
This is a permanent opportunity paying $65,000 - 70,000 + Super depending on experience. Only candaites with full working rights will be considered.
