enthusiastic & switched on Customer Service Consultant to join a
dynamic team in managing inbound queries via email and phone.
This position is full time, working in the
vibrant Bondi Junction office located within minutes from public transport.
What will you be doing? - Liaising with key account customers via phone and email in a high volume environment
- Consulting with customers on the product range
- Taking enquiries via phone and email from customers on order related issues
- Handling escalations and refunds
- Costing and invoicing
- General administration duties associated with the role
You will ideally have the following skills: - Previous experience in hospitality, retail or any customer service background
- Previous call centre experience is highly regarded
- Experience working in a fast paced environment and a "can do" attitude
