Our client is a growing tech firm focusing on the retail industry. They recently began operating in Australia, and have seen amazing growth levels over the past few months, with multiple high level clients joining their platform. Due to growth they have a newly created role for Japanese speaking Customer Success Manager to join the team.
Main responsibilities will include:
Ensuring customer growth within your assigned portfolio
Liaising with clients in both fluent English and Japanese
Planning and implementing growth strategies
Identifying risks and take appropriate action to mitigate problems
Always acting in the best interest of your client - passionate, dedicated and commercially focused, being the first point of contact
Troubleshooting issues as they arise, and providing regular communication
What you require to be successful in this position:
3+ years professional experience as a customer success manager, ideally from a technology background
Strong professional competency with the Japanese language
A technical mind with the ability to explain issues to stakeholders
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Impeccable stakeholder management abilities
Ability to listen carefully and understand technical requirements
Solid attention to detail and excellent reporting ability
