Internal Talent Acquisition professional to join their People and Places team to attract worlds top talent.

Main responsibilities will include: - End to end recruitment of all roles which involves sourcing, screening, and interview scheduling for hiring managers
- Fill requisitions in a timely manner with quality hires
- Use of Seek and LinkedIn search functions
- Stay informed and connected to external factors and market conditions that impact ability to attract quality hires
- Develop and manage relationships with Hiring Managers, providing recruitment guidance and advice
To be successful you will require the below experience: - Experience in hiring roles across a variety of teams including, but not limited to; Account Management, Sales, Marketing, Product Management, Product Development and Analytics
- Experience in working with hiring managers to drive recruitment solutions across a wide variety of roles
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and make effective judgement
- Experience recruiting within an IT or Digital Sector is essential for this position
Ideal candidates will come from an IT or Digital
internal recruitment position with demonstrated organisational skills and attention to detail.
