KYC Analyst | Institutional Banking

An immediate opportunity exists for a high performing KYC Analyst to join this growing team within this reputable bank with a great working environment and genuine work/life balance. 

The on-boarding team support the bank’s clients with all KYC and onboarding responsibilities with strict adherence to governance and controls.

Day to Day job requirements:

Performing customer due diligence activities relating to customer identification and verification for corporates and institutions. KYC experience on-boarding SMEs or corporate organisations is highly advantageous. This role also includes investigating and resolving missing and/or inconsistent information.

• On-boarding, set-up and maintenance of the customer portfolio
• Review AML/KYC submissions to ensure accurate completion of the Banks Regulatory Obligations - under the AML/CTF Act.
• Problem resolution at first touch to avoid escalations and risk 
• Vigilant decision making in minimise negative impact to customers

 To be considered for the role you will have:

• Understanding of onboarding, KYC, AML and compliance frameworks.
• Strong communication skills – ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders 
• Ability to work independently with time management skills
• Risk Mindset – proactively identify and understand risks
