Our Client is a leading financial services organisation with a global presence. Their business has been going from strength to strength over the last few years and as such they are looking to hire a part-time HR Coordinator. Opportunity:
This is a newly created part-time role, that directly reports into the CFO.
You will partner with senior leaders and their teams across the business to support and strengthen the company's position in the market as a great place to work.
Flexible arrangement 20/22 hours per week, across 3 days or 5 days.
This is a true HR Generalist Coordinator role
that would suit someone who is forward thinking and passionate about company culture and values,
with fantastic coordination skills and attention to detail.

Ensure the delivery of proactive recruitment processes and management of budget, ensuring internal opportunities are championed across the organisation. Policies and Procedures:
Develop and contribute to the review, implementation, creation and monitoring of People Related policies, based on relevant legislation.
Skills & experience required:
- 3+ years experience as a HR Coordinator
- Corporate, fast-paced industry background (highly advantageous)
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
- Ability to manage projects and achieve agree deadlines in a systematic and coordinated manner
- Ability to confidently build and maintain relationships at all levels of the organisation
- Proactive attitude and ability to think outside the box
