Seán began his recruitment career in 2017 and has joined Keegan Adams in our Melbourne office after relocating from Dublin where he recruited across accounting and finance functions specialising in senior positions and in the Corporate Finance.

Seán offers great understanding and insight into the technical elements of Accounting & Finance from day to day duties assessment or more nuanced career flow advice depending on the situation.

Seán enjoys partnering with both client & candidate, being a genuine consultant to help both parties reach a positive outcome for long term success. A noted style is honesty throughout a process resulting in long lasting relationships and repeat engagements with both client and candidate.

In his spare time Seán enjoys playing “Footie” with Powerhouse AFL, all things hiking, running and camping, along with bouldering when time allows. Outside of being active Seán has a keen interest and love of history & is a blood donor with both the Irish and Australian Red Cross.
